Rehoming terms and conditions

These terms apply when you rehome your dog with Northants Dog Re-homing Services. Please read them before you fill in our rehoming form. If anything’s unclear, or you’re not sure whether your dog fits, call us free on 0800 002 5412 and we’ll give you an honest answer.

Dogs we can take

  1. We only take small breeds.
  2. We can’t take guard breeds or bull breeds.
  3. We can’t take dogs who are aggressive or have serious behaviour problems.
  4. We can’t take dogs with health problems.
  5. We can’t take older dogs.

Before we take your dog

  1. Your dog must be bathed, wormed and treated for fleas before we take them.

Rehoming fees

  1. Rehoming fees must be paid upfront.
  2. Rehoming fees are non-refundable.

Ownership

  1. Once you’ve signed your dog over to us, your dog legally belongs to us.

Working together

  1. We don’t work with anyone who is rude or disrespectful to our team.
